Launched in October 2006, the Omega Dubai Ladies Classic is an eminent professional golf tournament with an impressive prize purse of €500,000. The prestigious event is a magnet for top female players from around the world, having hosted legends like Annika Sorenstam and Lexi Thompson in past tournaments.
The Omega Dubai Ladies Classic is returning to Emirates Golf Club’s flagship Majlis Course, the region’s first all-grass course when it opened its doors in 1988. Unlike previous years, the 2019 tournament competition will no longer be the Ladies European Tour season-ender and will be part of Spain’s Andalucia Open.
